Casa Serena
A minimum stay of two nights is required for May, June and September.
A minimum stay of three nights is required for July and August.
Complete with garden and outdoor veranda with table and chairs, barbecue, private parking within the property, use of the pool shared with the Casa Massimo guests.
Inside there is a fully equipped kitchen with induction hob, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, Caffitaly coffee machine, a living room with sofa and tv, a bathroom with shower and bathtub, and two double bedrooms. Free Wi-Fi throughout the building and outside. Bedding, towels, and complementary bath soaps included. NO smoking permitted.
NO electric car charging. Small/medium-sized dogs are allowed but only with prior notification. No extra costs. First aid kit available, possibility to pay you stay by card.
The documents of all guests will be requested upon arrival for registration and tourist tax purposes. Waste must be sorted for recycling.
Casa Serena can welcome up to a maximum of 4 guests. Minors under 18 years of age MUST be accompanied by at least one adult who must be either the guardian of the minor or provide written proof from the guardians that they are responsible for the minor.
