Terms and conditions

These terms and conditions apply to the entire booking and payment process and to your stay at Il Boscaccio Holiday Home.

Upon arrival at the facility, upon check-in, you will be required to pay the tourist tax according to the current regulations, which can be found at this link.

n the event of cancellation refunds are provided for as follows:

• cancellations up to 30 days prior to arrival: complete refund of the deposit.
• cancellations up to 20 days prior to arrival: refund of 30% of the deposit.
• cancellations up to 10 days prior to arrival: refund of 10% of the deposit.
• cancellations 10 days or fewer prior to arrival: NO REFUND.

Structure rules

arties, events, or exhibitions are NOT permitted on the property. Only guests staying at the property are permitted to use the pool or the facilities. NO external guests are allowed.

The pool is open from 9:30 am to 7 pm every day.

The owners reserve the right to access the inside of the property, the park, and the swimming pool area at any time for normal daily maintenance of the pool, gardens, etc.

The entire outdoor area is covered by CCTV cameras for security purposes.

Please let us know at what time to plan to arrive. Check in is from 4 pm to 8 pm. Check out by 10 am on the day of departure.
